EXECUTIVE - Head of Customers / Solutions
- Expanded team from ~10 generalists to >20 specialists with focus areas.
- Developed a high-performance team, including the promotion of 2x Team Leads.
- Sold & delivered Lumafield's first software services - configured automations.
PRODUCT - Hardware & Software
- Launching the Neptune hardware product line, Lumafield's flagship Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) product responsible for 100% of revenue for the first 2 years of Lumafield.
- Created the 'Software Module' concept, creating over-the-air deliverable hardware enhancements, expanding revenue >25% with existing customers and increasing ASP 18%.
- Launching the Triton Turbo product line - a premium system for the manufacturing space.
MARKETING - Lumafield's first Marketing Hire
- Launching the Lumafield Brand, taking the company out of stealth mode.
- Delivered Lumafield's first website, first socials, e-mail campaigns, and Google Ad spend.
- Established the trade show program, personally running the first two shows post-launch generating >$3,000,000 ARR pipeline.
- Creator of www.scanofthemonth.com, a guerrilla marketing campaign that generated >4000 organic leads, helped close several major accounts, and hit #1 on Hacker News several times.

Key Accomplishments
PRODUCT - Hardware & Software
- Launched a startup within a very established company, introducing Vision for Logistics first products (starting with $0 revenue in a new Business Unit)
- Launched 2x Products (A1000 Dimensioner, A1000 Item Detection) as well as 2x Strategic Solutions (5-sided Damage Detection, Dual-head High Speed Dimensioning)
- Increased YoY Revenue at a ~58% CAGR over 3 years.
ENGINEERING - Mechanical and Optical
- Lead Opto-mechanical designer and engineer for the A1000 hardware line, a value-line 3D snapshot camera.
- Designed a focusing mechanism with <1um precision combined with a locking mechanism to support <10um drift over shock and thermals for the cameras lifetime.
- Patented optical anti-speckle technology used for next-gen 3D laser triangulation systems, a first in the market.
- Lead engineer for the OEM business unit, configuring embedded cameras for Life Sciences customers.
MANUFACTURING LEADERSHIP - NPI
- Managed the New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering Function
- Grew the team from 4 to 10 individuals to support the rapid growth of Cognex.
- At the end, supporting the introduction of >10 major product lines an >15 accessory lines per year.
